Cancellation and No Show Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so within 12 hours of your appointment. Anything less than 12 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of your services. No shows will be charged 100% for their services. This does not apply towards future services, and is due in full before you can reschedule.

Late Policy

If you are running late please call or text 480-427-0255. If you are 7 or more minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and at this time a no show fee will apply.

Please reach out directly or reschedule if you are feeling ill, have COVID-19, or have been exposed to someone who has/had COVID-19 within the past 7 days.

ID Check and 18+ Policy

First timers will be required to show ID. Under 18 will need to have a parent’s consent, so please come together for your first appointment.

Please be respectful during your service. I reserve the right to end the service at any point.
